The IAM Engineer is responsible for the architecture, design, development and testing of Identity and Access Management (IAM) system for managing and securing Enterprise Software systems Authentication andAuthorization. Duties include:
1. Develop and configure on-premises and cloud-based IAM solutions to support enterprise Security and Compliance Standards.
2. Design and implement high-level IAM specifications, focusing on seamless system integration and operational feasibility.
3. Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-FactorAuthentication (MFA) and Access control through Roles-Based Access Control(RBAC) to provide secure and seamless access to users
in enterprise environment.
4. Translate business and functional requirements into conceptual and detailed Identity and access management designs.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, quality assurance, and end users.
6. Updating enterprise systems with emerging IAM trends, tools, and security vulnerabilities, and recommending improvements tostrengthen the overall IAM program.
This position requires 60% travel to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
This position requires a U.S. Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in CS, CE, EE, or closely related field; and three (3) years of experience as an Information SecurityAnalyst/Programmer Analyst/Engr, SW Engr, or related.
Must have experience with:
1. SailPoint or OKTA;
2. Java or Python;
3. Azure or AWS or GCP;
4. Windows or Unix/Linux;
5. SQL Server or Database Systems; and
6. DevOps & Automation
