With a high degree of independent decision-making capability and minimum supervision, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, defining project scope, allocating resources, budgeting, risk identification& mitigation and successfully delivering project milestones. Duties include:
1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
3. Lead daily stand ups with project teams to gather deliverables status, schedule periodic sync up calls with Stakeholders and Management to review Project status & milestones.
4. Implement agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for IT project challenges.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to adapt to evolving technology trends.
7. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, analyze business needs and identity resolutions for project roadblocks.
8. Identify risks, impediments, plan mitigation strategies and assign remediation actions to cross functional teams as required.
9. Serve as POC to stakeholders, cross functional project teams to ensure products developed are released to production on a timely basis.
This position requires 70% travel to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
This position requires four (4) years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical ProjectManager, Project Lead, and Delivery/Risk/Quality Analyst Manager, or related.
